I stayed here 3 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The rooms were quiet, especially those with the bedroom, a single bed plus fresh towels. The hotel was in a handy location, in her enclosed garden.

Spotless and spacious unit with fresh towels

The hotel was cute, I enjoyed it, especially garden view. The location was marvellous, a short walk from Chapel. Besides, it was so close to bus station, Telford, and Telford International Centre. Stayed in twin/double room which was perfect for me. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and television were much appreciated.

This place's location, not too far from Sunnycroft, was excellent, and the double room I requested was clean and lovely, and the staff provided friendly and good service.

Lovely base for exploring Telford. Large and fairly quiet room, everything was lovely. Perfectly comfortable location of the hotel near to the event. Very close to a park, town centre, bus station, and train station, and the main attraction. Units with fresh towels. Had new an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board.

Birtley House Guest House B&B was a lovely base for a stopover, it felt just like home. The room was neat and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect, at a moderate distance from Wellington Shropshire.

The double room was neat and had a lovely bed. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal, right by the main attractions - Telford International Centre and the railway station. The food selection was appreciated, meals were good, and they offered plenty of options.

Gracious welcome, clean rooms, good WiFi, ideal location. Beyond expectations breakfast, choice of cereals and fresh fruit, huge cooked breakfast with toast and marmalade. Friendly landlady, good supply of tea and biscuits in room. Convenient check-in time.

The room was fairly quiet and ideal with the tea tray, a single bed, for example. A hair dryer, a shower cap and bath sheets were very handy. The hotel's location was magnificent, near town centre, bus station and train station, the main attraction.

The value for money at this guest house was great and the room, although small, was well laid out and comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
